About me
Before starting my own business I’d been in HR leadership roles in both the UK and New Zealand. I’m also a graduate of economics with a post-grad in HR management.
This unique combination of economics and HR gives me a rare perspective about how to bring out the best in our workforce and in our businesses, so we can all benefit from a thriving economy that lifts productivity and wellbeing.
I’m often described as having an unusual combination of both strategist and pragmatist skills. I see the bigger picture, connect the context with our reality and land something that is really practical. I love strategy and I also love making it work in practice.
After working with me, you’ll see a measurable difference and I’ll help you track the impact for the longer term.
My work leads with empathy.
I bring disparate views together and find a way through that brings out the best from that diversity. I’ll share my view, to help guide when I have something useful to add, which inevitably will be evidence-based, but without all the jargon.
I draw on my expertise as a certified coach to ask the right questions at the right time so you won’t have to settle for something mediocre, but feel safe enough to be bold.
